Olympia Arts
Like many structures in the area, the original Olympia Arts building located at 4000 East Side Ave was destroyed by a fire in 1931, but has since been rebuilt to serve the community once again.
After the fire, Olympia Arts emerged as one of the largest linen manufacturers in the Southwest. The warehouse has now been converted to offer spacious and modern office space for growing businesses in the Tower 22 District.
